The Supervisory Board of BPCE expresses its confidence in François Pérol
The Supervisory Board of BPCE, chaired by Stève Gentili, convened a meeting today as requested by François Pérol, Chairman of the Management Board, who informed it that he had been put under judicial information within the context of the proceedings initiated in 2009 regarding the conditions of his appointment as head of the Caisse d’Epargne and Banque Populaire groups. The Supervisory Board of BPCE took note of this information and made a point of reasserting unanimously its confidence in François Pérol, whose term as Chairman of the Management Board of BPCE was renewed in November 2012.
