Appointments
Anne Salle-Mongauze was appointed Head of Strategy, member of the Executive Committee of Natixis. She will report to André-Jean Olivier, Corporate Secretary of Natixis, member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Anne Salle-Mongauze began her career in 1987 at AMF (French stock market authority) in the Inspection department. In 1995, she joined groupe Banque Populaire where she held several positions: from 1995 to 2000, she was deputy-Head of Origination for the Equity Capital Market department. In 2001, she participated in the management of several growth operations. Since 2006, she has been Head of M&A of Natixis.
Anne Salle-Mongauze, 47, is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a post-graduate degree in Economy and Finance.
Nicolas Homassel appointed Corporate Secretary of Natixis’ Specialized Financial Services
Nicolas Homassel was appointed Corporate Secretary of Natixis’ Specialized Financial Services. He will report to Gils Berrous, Head of Specialized Financial Services, member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Nicolas Homassel began his career in 1986 at Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur as corporate relationship manager. From 1990 to 2002, he held several positions withing the private equity activities, such as Associate Director of Natexis Investissement. In 2002, he was appointed head of Corporate development of Natexis Banques Populaires and then director of strategy of Natixis before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Private Equity in 2010.
Nicolas Homassel, 50, is a graduate of HEC.
