Alexandre Lefebvre appointed member of the Management Board
Stéphane Epin and Sébastien-Frédéric Ferrand Investment Directors
Alexandre Lefebvre joined iXEN Partners in 1999. He had previously worked for Andersen Corporate Finance for four years, first in Corporate Recovery Services and then Deal Services. In 2002, he was appointed Director of Investments and then Associate Director in 2006.
Alexandre Lefebvre, age 38, is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen and the Cass Business School (London).
Stéphane Epin had previously worked for two years with the Deal Services team at Ernst & Young. He gained his initial working experience in M&A with Rothschild & Cie Banque and in strategic consultancy with Estin & Co. Stéphane joined iXEN Partners as manager in January 2005.

Sébastien-Frédéric Ferrandjoined iXEN Partners as manager in 2006. He had previously worked for three years in the Structured Financing department of Vinci Concessions on acquisition projects and bid invitations for new infrastructure projects.
Sébastien-Frédéric Ferrand, age 31, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, Columbia University in New York and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées.
iXEN Partners is the team of Natixis Private Equity dedicated to the buy in buy out of companies with an enterprise value between €30 and 300 million. It invests €10 to 80 million of equity capital per project, and manages €850 million.
