Groupe BPCE makes its PSD2 regulatory APIs available to authorized Payment Services Providers
March 15, 2019
In relation with the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2), Groupe BPCE is making the regulatory APIs of the Banques Populaires, the Caisses d’Epargne and Natixis available to Payment Services Providers (PSPs).
Groupe BPCE is providing PSPs (such as payment initiators and account aggregators) with access to regulatory APIs, the associated documentation and test cases via an online public portal.
The portal has been open since March 7 and allows PSPs to test the main functionalities of these APIs:
- Initiate a transfer from a payment account belonging to a client of the Caisse d'Epargne or Banque Populaire networks
- Check the availability of funds in the client’s payment account
- Access client-authorized banking data on payment accounts
Groupe BPCE’s API portal is available at the following address: https://www.api.89c3.com
