Anne Lebel joins Natixis as Chief Human Resources Officer
Anne Lebel will join Natixis on April 4th and will become a member of Natixis’ Senior management Committee. She will commence as Chief Human Resources Officer on July 1st, taking over from Alain Delouis who will move to a new role within Groupe BPCE. Anne Lebel was Global Head of Human Resources at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, the Allianz Group subsidiary that provides industrial insurance solutions to large corporate clients.
Alain Delouis was appointed Head of Human Resources in 2010 and built a HR organization to serve the ambitions and development of Natixis. He also spearheaded Natixis' cultural transformation by enhancing its human capital and by involving managers in talent management.
Anne Lebel's career has been predominantly focused on Human Resources in a highly international environment, which will be a key advantage in helping to develop Natixis’ business lines.
Anne Lebel began her career in 1987 at Bossard Consultants as an organization and change management consultant. In 1997, Anne joined Schering Plough France as Human Resources and Training Manager for France before moving to head up HR Organization and Development in Europe. In 2004, she joined Serono France as Head of Human Resources France. In 2008, Anne moved to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty where she was appointed Head of Human Resources for France, Italy and Spain, and later for Europe and Asia, before becoming Global Head of Human Resources in 2012.
Anne Lebel, 50, graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Strasbourg and holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Management and Administration (DESS CAAE) from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises graduate school of management in Paris.
