Biography

Valérie Combes-Santonja has been Chief Impact Officer since December 14, 2023 and a member of the general management committee since June 10, 2026.

After holding a number of management positions in the financial sector (at Amundi, Crédit Agricole CIB, and Crédit Lyonnais), notably in commercial, transformation project management, and marketing roles, Valérie Combes-Santonja moved to Groupe BPCE in 2012. She then joined Caisse d’Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon with responsibility for developing the Bank for Regional Decision-Makers before being appointed Head of Strategy and Operational Efficiency. In 2019, she was named Chief Transformation Officer, member of the Management Committee, Retail Banking & Insurance of Groupe BPCE. In 2022, she became a member of the Management Board of Caisse d’Epargne Loire Centre, in charge of the Bank for Regional Decision-Makers.

Valérie Combes-Santonja is a graduate of ESSEC.
