Appointments to the Executive Committee of Natixis
Specialized Financial Services
Stéphane Caminati was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Interépargne. He is replacing Didier Trupin and will report to Gils Berrous, Head of Specialized Financial Services and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Anne Sallé-Mongauze was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Européenne de Garanties et Cautions. She is replacing Stéphane Caminati and will report to Gils Berrous, Head of Specialized Financial Services and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Didier Trupin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Lease. He is replacing Pierre Besnard and will report to Gils Berrous, Head of Specialized Financial Services and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Investment Solutions – Banque Privée 1818
George Éric de La Brunière was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Banque Privée 1818. He is replacing Éric Franc who is leaving Natixis in September. He will report to Pierre Servant, Head of Investment Solutions – Asset Management and Private Banking and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Strategy
Nicolas Namias was appointed Head of Strategy of Natixis. He is replacing Anne Sallé-Mongauze and will report to Laurent Mignon, Chief Executive Officer of Natixis.
Finance and Risks
Pierre Besnard was appointed President of Natixis Immobilier Développement. He will report to Jean Cheval, Head of Finance and Risks and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
Pierre Besnard
Pierre Besnard began his career in 1980 in the Finance department of Matra before joining Crédit National in 1985 as project manager. In 1998, Pierre was appointed Head of Structured and Real-Estate Finance of Natixis. He then held several positions in Natixis’ Structured Finance department. Since 2010, he has held the position of CEO of Natixis Lease.
Pierre Besnard, 58, is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and holds a DECS (accounting diploma) and a Masters’ in Economy and Management.
George Éric de la Brunière
In 1989, George Éric de la Brunière began his career as auditor at Ernst & Young Audit. In 1992, he joined Groupe AXA as Head of M&A before taking over as Head of Financial Risks of AXA Corporate Solutions and becoming Global Relationship Manager of AXA Investment Managers. In 2003, he became Head of Private Banking of AXA France. In 2010, George Éric joined Banque Privée 1818 as Head of Network Development and member of the Senior Management Committee. Since 2014, he has held the position of Sales Director of Banque Privée 1818.
George Éric de la Brunière, 49, holds a Masters’ degree in Business Law and Tax Law. He is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and of Centre des Hautes Études d’Assurances (CHEA).
Stéphane Caminati
Stéphane Caminati began his career in finance in 1986 first at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and then at Dexia. He joined Groupe BPCE in 2003 as Head of Retail Banking Financial Activities at Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne (CNCE) before being appointed to the Executive Board as member in charge of Finance for Caisse d'Epargne du Pas-de-Calais. In 2007, he was appointed Group Head of Financial Control at CNCE and then of Groupe BPCE. Since 2010, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Européenne de Garanties et Cautions.
Stéphane Caminati, 52, is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
Nicolas Namias
Nicolas Namias began his career in 2004 with the General Directorate of the Treasury of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. He was in charge of preparing the G8 and G20 international financial summits, before acting as deputy-Government Commissioner with the AMF (French Securities Regulator). In 2008, Nicolas joined Groupe BPCE in the Finance department and then became Head of Performance Steering and Analysis for retail banking. Since 2012, he has acted as technical advisor to the Prime Minister for the financing of the economy, companies and international economic affairs.
Nicolas Namias, 38, is a former student of École Normale d’Administration. He holds a degree from ESSEC Business School and from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
Anne Sallé-Mongauze
Anne Sallé-Mongauze began her career in 1987 at AMF (French Securities Regulator) in the Inspection department. In 1995, she joined Groupe Banque Populaire where she held several positions. From 1995 to 2000, she was deputy-Head of Origination at Equity Capital Markets. Between 2001 and 2007, she participated in the management of several growth operations. In 2006, Anne was appointed Head of M&A of Natixis. Since 2013, she has been Head of Strategy of Natixis.
Anne Sallé-Mongauze, 49, is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in Economy and Finance.
Didier Trupin
Didier Trupin began his career in 1989 at Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur, in Corporate Business Development. He joined the General Inspection and, in 1997, he was appointed Head of Capital Market Back and Middle Offices. In 2000, he created a department to support the development of the international network with, for instance, the opening of branches in Madrid, Milan, Moscow, the creation of a network in Algeria and the development of operational platforms in Asia and the U.S. In 2004, he became Corporate Secretary of the Services division of Natexis Banque Populaire and, in 2007, Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Interépargne in charge of Social Engineering.
Didier Trupin, 49, is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in International Affairs from the University of Paris Dauphine.
