Bernard Dupouy appointed to Natixis’ Board of Directors

The Natixis Board of Directors has appointed a new Director, Bernard Dupouy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique, replacing Michel Grass, who was appointed to the BPCE Supervisory Board on May 24. Bernard Dupouy is also a member of the Natixis Strategic Committee.

Bernard Dupouy was appointed Director to the Banque Populaire du Sud-Ouest (BPSO) Board in 1996. He became Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2006, then Vice-Chairman in 2009. In November 2011, Banque Populaire du Sud-Ouest became Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique (BPACA): Bernard Dupouy was named Deputy Vice-Chairman, then Chairman of the Board of Directors in January 2015.

He also chaired the Board of Directors at Crédit Commercial du Sud-Ouest, a subsidiary of BPSO, from 2008 to 2011. He was subsequently a Director and Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Accounts Committee from 2011 to 2015.

Bernard Dupouy was a Director of Crédit Maritime Mutuel du Littoral Sud-Ouest between 2012 and 2015, and is now a permanent representative of Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique, Director at Crédit Maritime. He has been Chairman of the Crédit Maritime Audit, Risk and Accounts Committee since 2012.

Bernard Dupouy is a well-renowned businessman (Chairman of  DUPOUY SBCC, international trade company) in the Aquitaine region, and is Chairman of Villa Primrose Bordeaux, Vice-Chairman of Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux and Director of Union Maritime du Port de Bordeaux.

 

Bernard Dupouy, aged 61, is a graduate of the Ecole supérieure de commerce et d’administration et des entreprises in Bordeaux.
