Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu member of the Board of Directors of Natixis

Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu was appointed to the Board of Directors of Natixis from May 1st 2016 as Groupe BPCE’s permanent representative, replacing Daniel Karyotis.  She will also serve as a member of Natixis’ Audit Committee, Risks Committee and Strategy Committee. Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu is a member of the Management Board of Groupe BPCE and is Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Group Finance, Strategy and Legal Affairs divisions, and Group Company Secretary.

Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu, aged 38, was made a member of the Management Board of Groupe BPCE and appointed Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Group Finance, Strategy, Legal Affairs divisions and Group Company Secretary in April 2016. Since July 2012, she served on the General Management Committee, responsible for Strategy, Legal Affairs, the Group Company Secretary’s Office and Compliance. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of SCOR. A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po) and the University of Princeton, and a former student at the ENA school for high-flying civil servants, Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu began her career in 2004 in the General Inspectorate of Finance. From 2007 to 2010, she served as a technical advisor and, subsequently, advisor to the President of the French Republic, responsible for questions related to employment and social protection. She then ran, from November 2010 to May 2012, the Office of the Minister of Labor, Employment and Health in the French government.
