Natixis announced today the appointment of Andrew Taylor as Managing Director and Head of CMBS, Americas. Based in New York, he will report to Jerry Tang, Global Head of Real Estate & Hospitality Distribution, and will be responsible for managing Natixis’ Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) activity and CMBS loan pipeline, securitization processes and new loan pricing.
Andrew’s appointment furthers the firm’s commitment to expansion in the US real estate market.

Andrew joins Natixis with over 20 years of experience in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities trading, having served as Managing Director and CMBS Desk Head at JP Morgan Securities since 2012.
Previously, Andrew held mortgage securities sales positions with Citicorp Securities in New York.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies from Hamilton College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Business School.
