Natixis appoints Daniel Louis as Head of Strategy
Natixis appoints Daniel Louis as Head of Strategy, member of the Executive Committee. He will be responsible for following-up the implementation of the New Dimension strategic plan, overseeing the strategic management of the business lines, and coordinating Corporate M&A. He will be reporting to Nicolas Namias, Chief Financial Officer, member of the Senior Management Committee.
Daniel Louis began his career in 1985 at Société Générale as an inspector. In 1992 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Société Générale Bank & Trust Suisse. In 1996 he became Head of Audit at Société Générale CIB, then Chief Financial Officer of the Asia region in 2000. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Commodities and Structured Finance in 2004 and then Deputy Chief Financial Officer of SGCIB in 2007. He joined Natixis in 2012 as Head of Financial management and Tax.
Daniel Louis, 56 years old, holds a Master's degree in Applied Information Technology (MIAGE) from the University of Paris Dauphine and a DESS in Teleinformatics from the University Pierre et Marie Curie Paris.
