Natixis appoints Pierre-Henri Denain as Global Head of Financial Institutions & Public Sector Coverage

Paris, France, June 29, 2017

Natixis appoints Pierre-Henri Denain as Global Head of Financial Institutions & Public Sector Coverage. Pierre-Henri will report to Guillaume de Saint-Seine, Global Head of Coverage. This appointment will be effective as of July 1, 2017. Pierre-Henri was previously Head of the EMEA platform (excluding France) at Natixis.

François Riahi and Marc Vincent, Global Co-Heads of Corporate & Investment Banking, will take the joint responsibility of the EMEA Platform, in addition to their current roles.

 

 

Pierre-Henri Denain held positions in several financial institutions, primarily in London: Head of the French market at Credit Suisse Financial Products from 1991 to 1998, before becoming Head of France, Switzerland and Benelux at General Re Financial Products from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, he was appointed Global Head of Derivatives sales at CDC Ixis. From 2002 to 2005 at Citigroup he was Managing Director Fixed Income and Head of Citigroup Global Markets in France. He joined Natixis in 2006 as Head of Fixed Income Sales Europe, before being appointed Head of Capital Markets in London in 2009.

In 2011, Pierre-Henri Denain was appointed Senior Country Manager, United Kingdom. Since 2013 he was Head of the EMEA platform (excluding France) at Natixis.

Pierre-Henri Denain, 51, is a graduate of ESCP Business School and holds an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University.
