Natixis CIB announces Eric Hamou as new Co-Head of Natixis Partners

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB), the corporate and investment banking arm of Groupe BPCE, today announced the appointment of Eric Hamou as Co-Head of Natixis Partners, alongside Yann Le Fur, effective September 1st.
Eric’s appointment will contribute to the continued development of Natixis Partners, the M&A advisory subsidiary of Natixis CIB in France, and its ability to support clients with their strategic priorities. His deep expertise with the midcap segment in Europe and with Private Equity funds, will complement Natixis CIB’s existing capabilities in these areas.

Biography of Eric Hamou
Eric Hamou joined Natixis CIB on September 1st 2026. Prior to this he was Partner, heading the IT Services Practice, of SEVEN2, where he was responsible for origination and execution of Tech investments. Before SEVEN2, Eric was Managing Director then Co-Head of DC Advisory in Paris from 2012-2019. Prior to this, Eric was Managing Director in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in London and Paris, from 1998 to 2012. Eric started his career at UBS (1995-1998), and Banque Indosuez (1992-1995). Eric is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, the Essec Graduate School of Business and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
