Natixis originated a $104.75 million, 5-year, floating rate loan to a joint venture between Oliver Street Capital and a global alternative investment firm on the Boston Infill Portfolio, a 687,000 square foot industrial portfolio in Wilmington, MA. Oliver Street Capital and its partner acquired the portfolio in December 2020.
The portfolio is leased to over 20 tenants involved in various businesses and industries.
The properties within the portfolio are situated in a high barrier-to-entry, infill location within 3 miles of interstates 93 and 95. The portfolio is located just 15 miles north of downtown Boston.
The financing was arranged by Tim O’Donnell and David Douvadjian, Jr. from Newmark’s Boston-based debt group.
