Natixis reinforces its Strategic and Acquisition Finance teams
Natixis reinforces Strategic Finance and Acquisitions with the following appointments:
Anne Cécile Delas is appointed Head of Corporate Acquisition Finance for Europe. She will supervise the French team and will be in charge of developing the business in Europe, in close coordination with the local managers.
Philippe Ouazan is appointed Head of Optimized Finance. He will supervise the Financial Engineering teams in charge of cost-optimizing finance for corporations, especially airlines and shipping companies.
Arnaud Brogi is joining the Sponsor Finance team in Paris as Managing Director, the role of which is to finance acquisitions initiated by investment funds.
Placed under the responsibility of Imed Ben Romdhane and Fabrice Croppi, the Strategic and Acquisition Finance department is one of the six Debt and Finance department’s business lines within Natixis’ Corporate and Investment Banking. It has 80 staff in New York, Hong Kong, Sydney, Milan, Madrid, London and Paris.
Biographies:
Anne Cécile Delas
Anne Cécile Delas started her career in 1995 at Crédit Lyonnais as Credit Analyst for large accounts, in New York and then in Paris. In 2000, she became Customer Relationship Manager, and then joined the Financial Engineering team in 2003. In 2005, she joined the Strategic and Acquisition Finance team of Natixis where she then became Managing Director in Financial Engineering. Aged 38, Anne Cécile Delas is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School.
Philippe Ouazan
Philippe Ouazan started his career in 1996 as a lawyer at JDP (Arthur Andersen network) and then at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. In 2000, he joined the Tax Department of BNP Paribas as a Tax Specialist for Corporate Investment Banking and then as Manager within the Group Tax Department. In 2005, he joined the Strategic and Acquisition Finance team of Natixis as Chargé d’Affaires and then as Managing Director in Financial Engineering. Aged 40, Philippe Ouazan holds a master’s degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and a DESS-DJCE in business and business law and tax law.
Arnaud Brogi
Arnaud Brogi started his career in 1998 as Manager of structured mutual funds within the Asset Management Department of Citigroup. In 2001, he joined the Financial Engineering team (Corporate and Investment Banking) of Crédit Lyonnais (then Calyon). In 2005, he joined the Strategic and Acquisition Finance department of Natixis and was then appointed Managing Director in Financial Engineering. Aged 37, Arnaud Brogi holds post graduate degrees in Finance (“Magistère”) and in Financial Engineering (“DESS”) from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
