Nicole Etchegoïnberry and Christophe Pinault appointed to Natixis’ Board of Directors
Natixis’ Board of Directors met on December 20, 2018 and appointed two new directors:
Nicole Etchegoïnberry, Chairman of the Management Board at Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre, replacing Stéphanie Paix, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Groupe BPCE’s General Inspection;
Christophe Pinault, Chairman of the Management Board at Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire, replacing Alain Denizot, Chairman of the Management Board at Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes.
Nicole Etchegoïnberry holds a Ph.D. in information technology and has spent part of her career in various banks, such as Banque Courtois, Crédit Mutuel and Crédit Agricole. She joined the Caisses d’Epargne group in 2001 where she held senior management roles and was then appointed Chairman of the Management Board for Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre in August 2009.
Christophe Pinault holds degrees from ISC Paris, the Institut Technique Bancaire and the Institut Français de Gestion. He started his career at Banque Populaire Anjou-Vendée in 1984 before joining Crédit Agricole de la Mayenne and then Crédit Mutuel d’Anjou. He joined Caisse d’Epargne des Pays de la Loire as Head of Network in 2002, then became a member of the Management Board in charge of development. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of development for Crédit Foncier in 2007 and subsequently became Chairman of the Management Board for Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur in 2013, before taking on the role of Chairman of the Management Board for Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire in 2018.
