Preliminary administrative inquiry and search at Natixis, linked to ADAM' s complaint

The search carried out today by the financial police at Natixis, Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires and Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne is part of a preliminary inquiry opened following a complaint filed by Adam [association for the defense of minority shareholders] on February 24 with the public prosecutor, and concerns a period prior to 2009.

There is nothing exceptional about this search in this type of procedure.
